The Focus and Feature of Development

【Bilingual education / business studies】
We cultivate multiple business and Japanese talents who major in Japanese and minor in English and business. Our goal is to train available human resources for the industry. Multiple professional courses and practical courses are opened for students to learn the professional knowledge and practical skills.

 

【Industry-academia cooperation / business visits and internships】
We strengthen the industry-academia relationship and expand cooperative education to train business talents. Business visits are also organized with internship opportunities which prepare students for careers.

 

【Small classes / foreign teachers】
Teachers teach with individually in small classes that make the teaching more flexible and improve the learning efficiency. By the cooperation of local teachers with foreign teachers, students can improve language skills, get familiar with foreign cultures and expand their international perspectives.

 

【Oversea internships and study tours】
We provide chances of short-term studies abroad, study tours, internships and other programs to help students expand the perspective, enhance Japanese language ability, experience Japanese culture and society, and strengthen the motivation in Japanese language learning.

 

Teaching Environment and Curriculum

The appropriate proportion of credits is established in five major areas of Japanese technical subjects, including: Japanese, English, the Japanese culture and the society, business skills, advanced languages, and in line with the concept of the three-in-one teaching of Japanese, English and Business Studies.


There are classrooms for the oral translation and Japanese speech exercises, a Japanese culture classroom, an interactive language classroom, a media and reading room (self-study center), a video conferencing room, a reading and writing room and a presentation room, 7 professional classrooms, 6 shared language classrooms with advanced equipment. All rooms are equipped with digital lecterns and the video conferencing teaching equipment. There are also industry-academia partnerships with External Trade Development Council, the National Museum of Natural Science, the Confucius Temple, Hongxing Enterprise, Shencai Travel Agency and The Lalu to implement the industry-academia cooperation.
